Do you ever question whether every thought you experience truly originates from within you?
Consider the spectrum of thoughts, ranging from frustration, anxiety, and self-doubt to joy, happiness, hope, and faith. The juxtaposition of feelings like inconsistency, the struggle of setting goals, and achieving nothing, against thoughts of innocence and self-worth, prompts a reflection on the source of our thoughts.
It's worth noting that while some thoughts are undoubtedly ours, the environment we inhabit often shapes our thinking, subtly guiding us to believe that reacting to every thought is the optimal response.
